OUR PHILOSOPHY
It starts with human connection.
To pass new laws, run a successful advocacy campaign, or drive change of any kind, you must move and inspire people – who are the heart of any movement. We design high-impact communications strategies and craft compelling narratives to help progressive organizations and campaigns achieve success.
Katie Hoeppner
Founder & Owner
Katie is a creative director based in Albuquerque, specializing in social justice and impact-driven projects. With 15 years of experience, she partners with organizations and campaigns to craft compelling narratives, refine messaging, and implement high-impact strategies. Before founding her own creative practice, Katie served as Communications Director at the ACLU of New Mexico and later as a Communications Strategist with the ACLU national office. At the state and national level, she has worked on critical campaigns—from protecting asylum rights and challenging abusive ICE and CBP practices to advancing LGBTQ+ rights and reimagining community safety to focus on harm prevention.
Her background includes video production in New York City and a master’s degree in sociocultural anthropology, which informs her nuanced, story-driven approach to advocacy and communications. In her free time, she likes to explore Albuquerque by bike and take photos of strange and beautiful things that catch her eye.
